・In order to respect the privacy of our guests and in consideration of environmental conservation and hygiene management, we do not provide regular room cleaning, linen changes, or garbage collection during your stay. If you would like these services, please contact us in advance. We can accommodate your request between 11:00 and 15:00 on the day of your choice (only when you are out). Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request depending on the situation.
・In the Kabira/Yamabare area where our facility is located, we are working to keep nighttime lighting to a minimum so that you can enjoy the beautiful starry sky. For this reason, please note that the lights in front of the facility will be automatically turned off at 8:30 PM. We also ask for your cooperation in turning off the lights on the wooden deck, inner balcony, and outside bath as much as possible after 9:00 PM.
